When Mantas Dagys founded NXTL, MB in Vilnius, the travel connectivity market was largely divided between two extremes: expensive international roaming penalties from incumbent mobile carriers and a wave of mobile apps pushing disposable eSIM profiles with rigid 7-day or 15-day expiry deadlines.
