Fund Shared Balance

Make a single deposit via corporate credit card or EU bank transfer. All issued employee eSIM lines draw from this shared balance at published destination rates. Billed in 1 KB increments — pay only for the data you use. Unused funds never expire.

Issue Profiles (Single or Bulk)

Generate eSIM QR codes individually or in batches of up to 1,000 at once. Employees scan the code once to install the reusable profile on a compatible device.

    Data-Only Architecture: NXTL travel eSIM profiles provide cellular data roaming. Voice calling and SMS can be provisioned through our separate virtual number (DID) and SIP carrier services.

    Device Compatibility: Employee handsets must be carrier-unlocked and support eSIM hardware (standard on iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent flagship Android devices).

    Device Binding & Profile Exchange: NXTL data eSIMs are linked to the device used for first activation. When changing devices, use the eSIM exchange workflow in your NXTL account. The workflow replaces the old profile with a new one; account eligibility and applicable exchange fees apply.

    Threshold Controls vs Hard Caps: Suspension thresholds are checked against recorded usage. Usage reporting and suspension processing can take time, so a threshold is not an instant, exact spending cutoff and usage can exceed it. Suspension can interrupt connectivity.

    Network Availability: Mobile speeds (4G LTE or 5G) depend on device hardware and the local roaming partner network in each destination.

No. Under our current product terms, your shared company prepaid balance remains available indefinitely. Funds draw down strictly as data is consumed during active trips across supported destinations.

How does billing and invoicing work for corporate accounting?

Review funding, available invoices and usage by line and period in your business account. Invoiced billing and tailored commercial terms are subject to agreement.

Can we set usage alerts and line suspension rules?

Yes. Administrators can configure usage alerts and line suspension rules. Thresholds are checked against recorded usage; reporting and processing delays mean usage can exceed the threshold before suspension takes effect. Suspension can interrupt connectivity.

Is an automated API available for provisioning?
